Felix Fenner graduated in Mechanical and Production Engineering from the University of Hannover.

Between 1982 and 1987 he worked for MAN Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH in Munich, Salzgitter and Cleveland, NC, in different responsibilities including QA Manager.

In 1987 he joined ITT Automotive (now ContinentalTeves and Valeo) as QA Manager for the ABS lead plant in Frankfurt. Later he worked as plant manager in Culpeper,VA, project manager in Veszprem, Hungary, and R&D manager for Ford and GM projects.

Since 1999 he was the central QA manager for Linde’s refrigeration business (now Carrier) and was later  put in charge of  operations with the plants Schwelm, Kostheim 1 and 2.

In 1999 he started consulting projects and since 2001 this has been his main activity..

Besides his experience in the development and advancement of management systems, he applies the following tools:

Lean Production (Synchronous Manufacturing, Toyota Production System), Kanban, Kaizen, Single Piece Workflow, TPM, FMEA, SPC, EFQM
